Southwest Airlines is a low cost American air carrier, which has headquartered in Dallas, Texas. It is one of the major low cost carriers in America. The business models adopt by this airline has been a major inspiration for other low cost airlines that are operating these days. The airline’s total market share is about 10% of the United State passenger market. There are a number of complementary on-board services offered to passengers.
